Exchange Policy

Exchange period is 3 days after receiving your parcel. Please review our policy carefully before requesting an exchange.

1. Eligibility

Items eligible for exchange must be purchased directly from mirabia.pk official store or website. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.

2. Conditions for Exchange

The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Proof of purchase is required. Customized or personalized jewellery items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Exchange Process

Customers must contact our support team via WhatsApp, email, or website form to initiate an exchange. Our team will guide the return process and provide instructions for safe packaging.

4. Exchange Options

a) Exchange for a product of equal or lesser value (price difference will be refunded)
b) Exchange for a higher value product (customer pays difference)
c) Exchange for a gift card for future purchases

5. Shipping Costs

If the exchange is due to a defect or our error, we will cover return shipping. For personal preference or size issues, the customer will bear shipping costs.

6. Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, earrings and similar personal items cannot be exchanged unless defective.

7. Final Decision

mirabia.pk reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests based on product condition and policy compliance.
