Refund & Exchange Policy
1. 3-Day Exchange Policy
We offer a 3-day exchange window from the date of delivery. Items are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, in original condition, and include all tags, labels, and packaging. Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
2. Size or Design Exchange
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, design, or product variation, a delivery fee of PKR 300 will apply. We strongly recommend reviewing product details before ordering.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement after verification. The item may need to be returned for inspection before replacement is processed.
4. Refund Policy
Due to hygiene and product nature, we do not offer monetary refunds. Eligible items may only be exchanged according to the policy above.
5. Sale Items
Products purchased during sales, discounts, or clearance events are not eligible for refund or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
6. Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items require full advance payment and take 2–3 weeks for production. These orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
7. International Orders
International delivery takes 7–14 working days depending on destination. Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes in their country.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, orders enter processing and cannot be changed.
9. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide complete and accurate address details. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.
